What can we help with?

Order help — Need to check on a shipment, update an address, or change an order? Include your order number (it starts with #) and we'll jump on it. Heads up: orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't shipped.

Returns — Before sending anything back, email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Full details are on our [Shipping & Returns page].

Choosing the right pull or knob — Not sure which center-to-center size fits your cabinets, or how a finish reads in person? Tell us about your project and we'll point you in the right direction.
