Returns & Refunds Policy
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original, unopened packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us at [support@pullandknob.com] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We can't accept unauthorized returns.
- Pack the item the same way it arrived so it isn't damaged in transit. We can only issue a refund for items that come back in good, re-sellable condition.
- Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package and send it to the address we provide.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Restocking fee
No restocking fee. Send back any standard, unopened item within 30 days and you'll be refunded in full (minus original shipping).
Alternative if you'd rather protect margin: replace the line above with — "A flat 15% restocking fee applies to returns, deducted from your refund."
Cancellations & changes
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already shipped. After it ships, please handle it as a standard return once it arrives.
Special / custom orders
Items we order specifically for you — bulk quantities, or finishes and sizes outside our stocked range — are final sale and can't be returned. We'll always flag an item as a special order before you buy it.
Damaged, defective, or missing items
We inspect every order before it ships and expect it to arrive in perfect shape. If something arrives damaged, defective, or missing, contact us at [support@pullandknob.com] within 3 business days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Please don't ship anything back before you have an RA number from us.
Warranty
All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturer of each product. Reach out anytime and we'll point you to the right coverage or help you file a claim.
