Where we ship
We currently ship throughout the continental United States. We're unable to ship to PO boxes for expedited orders. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, email [support@pullandknob.com] for a quote before ordering.
Rates & free shipping

Because we carry one curated line, there's a single flat rate per order — no per-manufacturer or per-box charges.
Processing & transit time
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Transit: see the table below. Transit time is in addition to processing time.

Estimated delivery covers transit only and doesn't include any back-order or supplier lead time, which we'll communicate if it applies to your order.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Expedited & oversized orders
Expedited shipping is available on request at the customer's expense. Large or freight orders may ship by common carrier with curbside delivery; lift-gate service is available for an additional fee. Email us for a quote on either.
